Refund policy

Optics scopes can be returned within 90 days if not installed (placement of the scope in the ring or attached to the weapon constitutes installation). Once installed, optics scopes are considered used, and used products are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns. Please make sure this is the range you want before installing. If the scope is suspected to be defective after installation, we will resend a new product via Paypal or Credit based on the following criteria:

• 1. Even if there are scratches, etc., the product can still be used normally. 5%-30%
• 2. The product cannot be used normally. We resend new products as compensation.
